And had suffered many things of many physicians, and had spent all that she had, and was nothing bettered, but rather grew worse,
When she had heard of Jesus, came in the press behind, and touched his garment.
For she said, If I may touch but his clothes, I shall be whole.
And straightway the fountain of her blood was dried up; and she felt in her body that she was healed of that plague.”
GOD HAS THE FINAL SAY
There comes a time when human wisdom fails, when science cannot explain, and when medical knowledge reaches its limit. The doctors may shake their heads. The experts may declare that there is no solution. But there is a God in heaven who does not recognize impossibility! When men say it is over, God says, “I have just begun.”
The woman with the issue of blood had tried everything. She had gone from one physician to another. Her wealth disappeared, her strength faded, but her problem remained. Then, she heard about Jesus. She said, “If I may touch but his clothes, I shall be whole.” That was the moment her story changed!
Many people today are battling medical conditions that have defied treatment. But hear this: doctors diagnose, but Jehovah Rapha heals! Medicine has its place, but God has the final say.
HEALING IS YOUR COVENANT RIGHT
Sickness was never part of God’s original design for man. The Bible tells us in Exodus 15:26 that God is the Lord who heals us. Isaiah 53:5 says, “By His stripes we are healed.” Healing is not a gift for a selected few; it is a covenant right of every believer in Christ!
When Jesus walked the earth, He healed all who came to Him in faith. The blind received sight, the lame walked, the lepers were cleansed, and the dead were raised. The same power that worked then is available today. Hebrews 13:8 declares, “Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and today, and forever.”
FAITH ACTIVATES HEALING
The woman with the issue of blood didn’t wait for Jesus to notice her. She pressed through the crowd. She refused to be stopped. Her faith pulled virtue out of Jesus!
Faith is the hand that takes from God. It does not beg; it takes! Blind Bartimaeus cried out, “Jesus, Son of David, have mercy on me!” The crowd tried to silence him, but he shouted even louder. That day, his eyes opened. (Mark 10:46-52)
God is looking for people who will believe His Word over medical reports, who will declare, “I shall not die but live to declare the works of the Lord!” (Psalm 118:17). Will you be one of them?
TESTIMONY OF DIVINE INTERVENTION
A sister from the United States shared a powerful testimony of deliverance from the arrow of hypertension. She experienced severe chest pain after a relative mentioned that hypertension was prevalent in their family.
Recognizing this as a spiritual attack, she participated in the Manna Water service, fervently praying and following the instructions to smite the afflicted area 21 times. By the grace of God, she received her healing, and the chest pain vanished.
Beloved, have the doctors given up on you? Has the world declared your case hopeless? Remember, God specializes in impossibilities!
WHAT TO DO WHEN FACING A MEDICAL BATTLE
1. Refuse to Fear: Fear empowers the enemy. Faith moves the hand of God. Stand on 2 Timothy 1:7.
2. Speak the Word: Declare scriptures on healing daily. Proverbs 18:21 says, “Death and life are in the power of the tongue.”
3. Anoint Yourself: James 5:14 commands believers to anoint the sick with oil and pray in faith.
4. Engage in Warfare Prayers: Attack sickness like a spiritual enemy. Decree your healing!
5. Praise Your Way to Wholeness: Paul and Silas prayed and praised, and God moved mightily (Acts 16:25-26).
PRAYER POINTS
1. Blood of Jesus, flush out every sickness from my body, in Jesus’ name.
2. Every arrow of infirmity fired into my life, backfire now, in Jesus’ name.
3. By the stripes of Jesus, I receive total healing, in Jesus’ name.
4. Every evil report against my health, I cancel it by the power of God, in Jesus’ name.
5. O God that healeth me, arise and heal me completely, in Jesus’ name.
